XCLL3-600/800/1000型 輸送帶式連續(xù)送料精密裁斷機
1.本機適用于大型工廠用成型刀模對地毯、皮革、橡膠、布料等非金屬材料進行連續(xù)大批量的沖裁作業(yè)。
2.輸送部分采用PLC控制，由伺服電機驅(qū)動物料從機器的一面輸入，經(jīng)模切后，從另一面輸出，確保送料精確，運行平穩(wěn)；并且送料長度可以通過觸摸屏方便的調(diào)整。
3.主機采用四柱導(dǎo)向，雙曲柄平衡，四柱擋死微調(diào)機構(gòu)，液壓系統(tǒng)控制，保證了機器的模切速度和精度，所有滑動連接部位采用供油自動潤滑裝置，使磨損降至。
4.物料的輸入、輸出都在輸送帶上輸送，并且物料的模切沖裁也是在輸送帶上自動完成。5.采用光電氣動糾偏裝置，保證了輸送帶運行位置的精確。
6.機器裁斷區(qū)域的進料、出料口裝有安全光幕，確保了操作者的人身安全。
7.刀模的固定采用氣動夾緊裝置，更換刀模方便快捷.

1.This machine is applicable for large factories to use blade mould to do continuous and big–quantity cutting for such non-metal materials as carpet, leather, rubber, fabric and so on.
2.PLC is equipped for conveyor system. Servo motor drives materials to come in from one side of the machine; after being cut the materials are delivered from the other side for an accurate material conveying action and a smooth operation. Conveyor length can be easily adjusted by the touch screen.
3.The main machine applies 4-colum direction guiding, double-crank balancing, 4-colum fine-turning gear, and hydraulic system control to guarantee die-cutting speed and precision of the machine. Each sliding linkage site has central oil-supply automatic lubricating device to reduce the abrasion.
4.All input and output actions for materials are done on the conveyor belt. Besides, die-cutting is also automatically finished on the conveyor belt.
5.Photoelectricity and pneumatic correcting device is used to guarantee accurate move sites of conveyor belt.
6.There are safety screen at material feeding and outlet sites of the cutting area to guarantee operator’s safety.
7.Air clamper is equipped for fixing blade mould for an easy and quick mould changing.
